Using Joura

Joura is provided for personal journaling and reflection. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of all journal entries and recordings you create. You grant us no license to your content except as needed to operate features you explicitly use (such as on-device speech recognition provided by your platform).

Availability

We strive to keep Joura reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the app. Beta features may be offered as-is without warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joura and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding a claim, if any.

Termination

You may stop using Joura at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
